Sea Salt Flush FAQ

I cover how, why,and my tips to get a Sea Salt flush to go down.  I believe in it after I did it... Holy cow!

What you will need:

PURE SEA SALT - Iodide free
Warm Filtered/bottled water
Cup
1 TSP Measuring spoon
OPT - but I say mandatory - Lemon or Lime Juice - one teaspoon
